Eddie left the Kansas City Wizards in 2008. He has made stops in Fulham, Cardiff City, Aris, Preston North End, and most recently Puebla. While with Puebla he reportedly struggled with fitness. But just looking at his history and age leads me to believe that he could be a huge pickup for any club.
The question is would the Fire be willing to do what it takes to move up the allocation order to pick up a proven striker? In my opinion this would be a very good move for our club, but I guess we will find out tomorrow.
