- According to many reports these past few days, Adolfo "El Bofo" Bautista has been rumored to be coming to the Fire. Many people have just dismissed this idea a little too quickly. With all of the pub this got from foreign news reports I think this rumor might carry a little more weight (no pun intended) than others. I would hope that the team will make an announcement today. Whether it is a yes or a no it would be nice to put the rumors to rest either way. Personally I think El Bofo has something left and could be a welcome addition to the team.
- Hopefully all of the critics on the new jerseys can stop soon. Are we really that concerned with the laundry our team wears. They changed no matter how much we complain it isn't changing any time soon. If you have anger to vent it should be at the idea we are supposed to accept Puppo as our new forward. I have seen better players in an over 40 mens league. He doesn't want to be here. He isn't performing. It's time to figure out the answer to this question
- I just found this gem while surfing the net . I do not know how accurate it is or even if it is true. But my goodness it is funny.In Ohio, an unidentified man in his late twenties walked into a police station with a 9-inch wire protruding from his forehead, and calmly asked officers to give him an X-ray to help him find his brain, which he claimed had been stolen. Police were shocked to learn that the man had drilled a 6-inch deep hole in his skull with a Black & Decker power drill, and stuck the wire in to try and find the missing brain.
